GYPSUM 2 OZ.

Add 1 teaspoon per gallon prior to wort boil to increase hardness of water (lowers PH) by 277ppm Ca and 677 ppm SO4. (1 - 2 tsp for 5 gal. usually sufficient). Adds “crispness” to hop bitterness.
